Tammy is our Chief Risk Officer, although she originally joined CMS as Dave Marler’s personal assistant and has had various roles since.
Now qualified to Chartered status, Tammy’s role is to ensure that we comply with the rigorous standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority. This involves supervising and training our staff to the highest standards.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys going on adventures with her family and having friends over for barbeques.
Tammy also knows all the words to ‘Ice Ice Baby’. If she were ever to appear on Mastermind, her specialist subject would definitely be ‘early nineties pop music’.
