Andy is the training and development manager, he has over ten years’ experience working in financial services. He works primarily to support the ongoing training and development of our administrative/analyst staff.
Other areas of Andy’s role include ensuring that all priorities are dealt with and to work with and provide support to colleagues with technical aspects of the role.
personally
Andy enjoys watching football on the TV, playing 5-a-side football with his friends, and listening to music. His favourite song to play in the car is Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’.
On an ideal weekend, you’ll find Andy walking his dog in the countryside with his wife and daughter, followed by board games and a family film night.
