During the week, Ciaran takes an MMA striking class, and at the weekend, he regularly enjoys playing golf or football.
He also has a springer spaniel that he takes on walks around the local countryside.
When Ciaran is not being active, he likes to play board games with his family or go out for a meal and see what’s on at the cinema.
