Hayley is our Chief People Officer and first joined CMS in 2018, having worked in the financial services industry for 25 years.
As Chief People Officer, it is her responsibility to ensure all staffing and office requirements are met, along with providing support in ongoing projects.

During her spare time, Hayley likes to meet up with her friends and family. She usually spends a lot of time walking and generally enjoying whatever life has to offer!
Hayley also loves to be by the coast and visits her relatives there as often as she can.
