David Carter

David is our Chief Executive Officer; he has also worked in several roles since he first joined in 2006. David started as an administrator and worked his way up to managing director in 2019, Chief Operating Officer in December 2021, and more recently our Chief Executive Officer.
He began advising clients back in 2008 and this still makes up most of his day-to-day responsibilities even now. His job involves communicating with clients, holding regular reviews, and exploring potential new client meetings.
David’s focus is always on ensuring clients receive the best service possible from CMS.

In his spare time, the thing David enjoys most of all is spending quality time with his family.
An ideal Saturday for him would start off with a long lie-in followed by a morning coffee. Then, an afternoon’s bike ride in the in the countryside, finishing the day off with a takeaway and glass of whisky in the evening.
