David became our Chief Executive Officer in 2022, and he has worked in practically every role at the company since he first joined in 2006.
While he began advising clients back in 2008 and this remains part of his role, he is also focused on the wider direction of the business and exploring areas of new technology to ensure CMS can continue to improve our service to our clients. He continues to enjoy potential new client meetings as well as keeping up to date on investment markets, changes in legislation and new innovations in the financial services industry.
David’s focus is always on ensuring clients receive the best advice and service possible from CMS.

In his spare time, David loves to travel and to see the world with his young family.
Dave is a keen golfer, though a certified fair-weather one! He’s a fan of Manchester City and is often found bouncing around the local trampoline park with his children at the weekend. His favourite meal is a ribeye steak accompanied by a glass of red wine.
